Refund Policy


Our policy is 43 days. If 43 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Return or cancellation of order. If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item is marked as a gift when it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your statement. Once the returned item is received, you will be sent a gift certificate.


If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or the gift donor had the order sent to them to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
